Retaines and Rates
I charge $250.00 to $325.00 per hour for mediation & arbitration services plus a one time administrative fee of $150.00 to $200.00 to cover the cost of lunch, snacks, copies and use of secretarial staff (these fees are total and are equally divided between the parties and are not per party, per side) and my hourly rate for representation of clients on all family law related cases is $325.00 per hour. I charge flat fees for representation in all criminal law related matters.
