Wendi S. Lazar is a companion at Outten & Golden LLP in New York, wherein she co-heads the firm’s Individual Practice and the Executives and Professionals Practice Group. With a focal point on executive agreements, which includes retention, expatriate, non-competition, skills, severance, and reimbursement preparations, Ms. Lazar practices in numerous areas of employment law. She also represents teams of executives, founders, and partners at some point of corporate transactions which includes sales, mergers, and acquisitions.
Ms. Lazars practice extends internationally, imparting advice on employment, settlement, and immigration issues to customers and lawyers within the U.S. and overseas.
