Theodore A. Cotter, Esq. completed his undergraduate studies at Fordham University, College at Lincoln Center in Manhattan. He went directly to graduate from Fordham University School of Law in 2008, where he had the possibility to intern for Professor Abraham Abramovsky [deceased].

After law college, Mr. Cotter gained treasured enjoy running as an assistant district attorney in the Kings County District Lawyer’s Office. During his time there, he specialised in prosecuting crimes related to juveniles charged as adults and crimes occurring on school grounds.

Following his tenure as an assistant district attorney, Mr. Cotter joined his mom, Roseann F. DiVernieri, Esq., at DiVernieri, DiVernieri, and Cotter, LLP. In his practice, Mr. Cotter makes a speciality of crook protection topics, real estate transactions, probate and property administration, and property making plans.

In addition to his prison paintings, Mr. Cotter is actively involved within the Boy Scouts of America, serving as a committee member for Troop 27 in Oakwood Heights and as a board member for the Staten Island Council. He is also a member of the High Achievers bankruptcy of BNI: Business Networking International.
