Steven Cramer focuses within the areas of commercial, production and real estate litigation and arbitration, in addition to counseling clients in contract negotiation and other transactions. Mr. Cramer’s customers encompass owners, contractors, private fairness price range, design professionals, sureties, cooperatives and condominiums, and other businesses in addition to individuals. Mr. Cramer became identified as a Super Lawyer in the subject of Construction Litigation in 2010.
Mr. Cramer served as a companion at Bauman Katz & Grill LLP, and an accomplice at Ross & Cohen and Zetlin and DeChiara, in which he worked in commercial litigation and arbitration, and agreement negotiation.
Mr. Cramer earned his Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School, where he become a Carswell Scholar. He earned his Bachelor of Arts diploma from St. John’s College in Annapolis, Maryland. He also attended the University of Maryland’s Graduate School of Architecture for two and a half years. Mr. Cramer is a member of the Bar of the State of New York, and is admitted to practice before the USA District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York (wherein he served at the Construction Law Committee), the American Bar Association and the Association of the Bar of the State of New York, wherein he's a member of the Commercial and Federal Litigation Committee. Mr. Cramer is on the Board of Lydia Johnson Dance.
Mr. Cramer’s pronounced instances encompass Betal Environmental Corp. v. Local Union Number seventy eight, one hundred sixty F. Supp. 246 (S.D.N.Y. 2001).
