Peter Hershey s exercise focuses on environmental, herbal and cultural sources, zoning and land use, production, and industrial law. He advises clients on a extensive variety of problems and is active in the organization’s administrative, trial and appellate litigation practices.

Prior to becoming a member of Rich & Henderson, Peter served as a judicial regulation clerk and senior judicial regulation clerk to the Honorable Christopher B. Kehoe, Maryland Court of Special Appeals (later renamed the Maryland Appellate Court), and as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Broughton M. Earnest, County Administrative Judge for the Circuit Court for Talbot County.

Peter received a B.A. from the College of William and Mary, and a J.D. from the William and Mary Marshall-Wythe School of Law.
