A member of the Commercial Litigation Department, Peter s exercise concentrates on financial disaster and banking and consists of the areas of commercial litigation, lenders rights, and banking regulation. He represents secured lenders in Chapter 11 bankruptcies, as well as industrial landlords, financing businesses, and unsecured lenders committees.
