In order to maintain a logical, consistent, and fair pricing system, most services we provide use a fixed fee arrangement. In other words, you will usually know the cost of an estate plan before any work begins. Our estate planning packages include: • Your initial intake • Review of your existing estate planning documents • An initial 60-minute consultation with one of our attorneys • Drafting of the necessary documents • A 30 - 60 minute consultation with one of our attorneys to answer questions or make changes to the drafts • A final meeting with staff or one of our attorneys to execute the document Please remember, no fee is set until the initial meeting. Rates may change based on the complexity of your estate planning needs. Where it makes more sense for both of us, an hourly rate may be charged. Our hourly rate is $300/hr. for attorneys and $90.00/hr. for support staff.
