Hey, I’m Mike! I’m proud to be an attorney at Kaufman & McPherson, PLLC, where I focus completely on non-public injury law, supporting customers throughout North Central West Virginia get the justice they deserve.
I become born and raised in Bridgeport. I earned my undergraduate degree in political technology from West Virginia University and then attended WVU College of Law. While in law school, I became commemorated to receive the CALI Award for Intellectual Property and Antitrust Law.
Before joining Kaufman & McPherson, I owned and operated my personal regulation workplace in Clarksburg, wherein I dealt with a extensive range of felony topics. That enjoy gave me a strong foundation in litigation and a deep expertise of a way to combat for my clients efficaciously. Now, I dedicate my practice to advocating for those who have been injured due to a person else’s negligence.
I’m admitted to practice in all courts in West Virginia and am an active member of the West Virginia Association for Justice, the West Virginia Bar Association, and the Harrison County Bar Association.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my spouse and youngsters, trekking in the lovely West Virginia mountains, and cheering on WVU sports. I’m additionally a big history buff, mainly of early American history.
