Matt is known regarded for his deep empathy, sharp litigation talents, and unwavering willpower to the ones who have suffered harm.
Since beginning his legal profession in 2018, Matt has represented masses of people and families in complex instances concerning medical malpractice, nursing domestic abuse, catastrophic injury, truck wrecks, and wrongful demise. He has litigated across Tennessee, Arkansas, and Ohio, dealing with instances from intake to resolution and acting in each country and federal courts. His trial enjoy includes a couple of jury trials and high-stakes litigation related to tractor-trailer collisions, faulty scientific devices, medical malpractice, and civil rights violations.
Currently a Senior Associate at Altizer Law, P.C., Matt brings strategic clarity and authentic compassion to each case. He is especially professional at distilling a customer’s enjoy into compelling advocacy—making sure their voice is heard, their tale is commemorated, and their rights are protected.
A graduate of the University of Memphis School of Law, Matt served as Chief Justice of the Moot Court Board and competed on the National Mock Trial Team. He is a recipient of a couple of instructional honors and become identified as a Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2023—an accolade awarded to lawyers who show excellence early of their careers.
