      • Free Consultancy Service
When you call, you will first be greeted by our Client Services Director. Her name is Evelyn. She will gather all relevant information and forward it to me. If I feel like our firm can bring value to you and your situation, I will follow up so we can talk. If I still feel like we can help or otherwise enhance your position, we can discuss payment options.
      • Payment With Credit Card
      • Conditional Fees
Only in very limited circumstances will we take a case on a contingent fee. Most of those are situations where we can force the other party to pay your legal fees, such as minimum wage and overtime claims under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
      • Retaines and Rates
Whenever possible, I try to quote a flat fee. It s easier for everyone when you know upfront what your legal fees will be. Hourly fees, however, are sometimes required based on the claim. I am open to payment options or deferred payment on a case-by-case basis. Example: Many of my tax clients who have unfiled tax returns pay me from their tax refunds.
