• Conditional Fees
  We undertake the representation of most clients on a contingency fee basis, which covers all legal services performed by us, including office staff, of the gross amount recovered by release, offer, settlement, verdict or judgment, plus tax and costs, as follows: if settled before suit is filed: 33 1/3%; after suit is filed: 40%. In the event of no recovery at the completion of representation, Lawyer shall be paid no fees whatsoever. Put another way, “No recovery, No fee”. This clause shall not apply if you discharge Lawyer before completion of the case, and shall not apply to costs. You will remain liable for all costs incurred on your behalf regardless of recovery.
