Free Consultancy Service
For bankruptcy cases only I provide a free consultation ranging from 1/2 hour to an hour. For other areas, I usually charge $150, which I will apply to the retainer if I am retained. -
Payment With Credit Card
I can take credit cards but I am not allowed to take a debtors own card to file their own bankruptcy, since the debt would be discharged. I prefer checks.
