  • Free Consultancy Service
    I give a free 30 minute consultation to discuss whether you have a viable insurance claim or a defense in your Criminal, Traffic or Administrative, legal case; however, I do not give free legal advice without a written fee or consultation agreement.
  • Payment With Credit Card
    I only accept Visa credit cards on limited basis, depending upon the size of the requested retainer.
  • Conditional Fees
    In Personal Injury cases my contingency fee is generally 33 1/3% of the gross recovery unless the case goes into litigation when the percentage increases; in Worker s Compensation claims my contingency fee is 20% of the gross recovery.
  • Retaines and Rates
    In other cases, such as Criminal, Traffic, including alcohol and drugs cases, as well as Administrative Revocation cases I may charge either on a flat fee or an hourly fee basis or a combination of the two, depending on the Client s decision.
