Mark E. Critchley focuses his practice on assisting commercial enterprise and character clients in contractual and industrial disputes. Mark is an experienced litigator in federal and nation courts concerning contractual disputes, consumer fraud, shareholder disputes, construction litigation and probate litigation. Mark works with customers at all tiers to obtain the most green and beneficial end result for the consumer.
Prior to becoming a member of Brach Eichler, Mark turned into a Deputy Lawyer General for over five years with the New Jersey Office of the Lawyer General, Division of Law. As a member of the Consumer Fraud Prosecution Section, Mark led investigations and litigations on behalf of the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs and other country businesses. He investigated and litigated violations of the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act, New Jersey False Claims Act, and numerous customer fraud rules, against a extensive form of agencies.
Mark earned his J.D. cum laude from the Washington and Lee University School of Law. During regulation school, Mark changed into a Lead Articles Editor for the Washington and Lee Law Review. Mark additionally graduated with a B.A. from the University of Maryland-College Park with a degree in History and Criminal Justice. After regulation faculty, Mark clerked for the Honorable Anthony J.
