ONeills profession took him to Europe, where he served as Secretary General to SITA in Paris before establishing his own firm with workplaces in Dublin and New York. He is understood for his expertise in banking and finance, facts safety and privacy, information technology and telecommunications, international alternate, corporate affairs, worldwide tax, and commercial enterprise employer.
