KIMBERLY D. NEILSON, is a 2001 graduate of the University of San Diego School of Law. She graduated with honors and received a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Tulsa in 1998. She is a member of the State Bar of California seeing that 2001 and has been admitted to practice before all District Courts inside the nation and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
