Katie Sheftic is a mining and natural resources lawyer in Coeur d Alene, Idaho. From transactional topics to litigation, she enables customers navigate the complex felony, tribal, and regulatory panorama in a way that allows them to mitigate hazard and acquire enterprise goals. She has assisted domestic and global stakeholders with mineral name evaluations and quiet name movements for hardrock mineral pursuits and federal mining claims.
Katie holds a J.D. with an Emphasis in Natural Resources from the University of Idaho College of Law and holds a B.A. from the University of Vermont. Prior to her felony profession, Katie worked inside the public strength area, turning in strategic initiatives for govt leaders on important infrastructure cybersecurity, enterprise continuity and resilience, and business enterprise chance management.
Katie is actively involved within the Idaho criminal network, and is a member of the Foundation for Natural Resources and Energy Law and Idaho Women in Mining.
