About

I am a practicing attorney, certified in Florida and New York, and an Adjunct Professor of Business Law and Ethics on the Florida Atlantic University College of Business. I graduated from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, in which I served as Editor-in-Chief of the Cardozo International and Comparative Law Review and President of the Trial Advocacy Team.

After commencement, I worked as a public defender in Miami. There, I spent every day inside the court docket, efficaciously controlled properly over one thousand crook cases, led several jury trials, and took endless depositions. I then hung out as a business litigation companion at a big regulation office, operating on multi-million greenback settlement disputes of a wide variety, earlier than organising Gendler & Gendler, PLLC in conjunction with my father and law partner, Richard Gendler.

With our blended thirty years of experience, our company gives the offerings that my father has built his career on: customer financial ruin, foreclosure, and property making plans. And, building off of the abilties I even have won in the courtroom, we additionally offer quality representation in civil litigation and criminal defense matters. All at lower prices and with extra individualized attention to each case than the huge corporations are capable of offer.
