Lawyer Juliana Menezes is a former Immigration Judge and a trial attorney focusing completely on immigration practice. She presided over elimination cases at the Boston and Chelmsford Immigration Courts, where she determined asylum, withholding of elimination, CAT, cancellation of removal, and adjustment of status cases. Aside from her experience as a Federal Immigration Judge, she turned into an In-House Lawyer for the Brazilian Consulate at Hartford, Connecticut for over 6 years and a crook Prosecutor in Florida. After leaving the federal bench, Lawyer Menezes opened a personal practice coping with all immigration subjects.
Lawyer Juliana Menezes holds a Juris Doctor from the Florida A&M College of Law and a Bachelor’s of Law from the Universidade Católica de Pernambuco. While living in Brazil, Lawyer Menezes became additionally admitted to exercise law as a member of the Recife BAR Association, also known as OAB/PE. Aside from both regulation degrees, she holds a Master’s Degree in Business.
