After running for the Court, Joe popular a position as an Assistant District Lawyer (ADA) on the Office of the District Lawyer of Lancaster County. During this time, he advanced a reputation as a principled and aggressive litigator who treated a myriad of legal problems and complex cases.
While serving as an ADA, Joe dealt with instances from the preliminary listening to through jury trials and the appellate process. He served in more than one departments, which include the Child Abuse/Sexual Assault, Felony Drug, and Post-Conviction Appeals units.
After gaining extremely good litigation enjoy on the Office of the District Lawyer, Joe left to start his very own regulation office, wherein he makes a speciality of Criminal Law, Family Law and PFA topics.
