Jamie Kerr: Experienced Lawyer in Austin, Texas Jamie Kerr is a highly experienced lawyer based in Austin, Texas. He graduated from Rice University with a bachelor’s degree in psychology in 2000. After spending nine years in education, primarily working with high school and university students on their admissions processes, Jamie decided to further his own education.
