Eric J. Boden Esq. presents dedicated and thorough representation in complex civil litigation topics, with an emphasis on enterprise partnership disputes, trusts and estates conflicts, and healthcare matters. Eric works carefully with each client to custom tailor litigation techniques to meet the client’s objectives.
Prior to joining Brach Eichler, Eric spent four years as a Deputy Lawyer General at the New Jersey Lawyer General’s Office, in which he performed a key position in complicated investigations and excessive-profile enforcement movements regarding the New Jersey False Claims Act and Consumer Fraud Act, spanning a large variety of industries, together with prescribed drugs, healthcare, transportation, technology, creation, and securities. Eric applies the research abilities that he honed on this function to all of his subjects.
Immediately after regulation faculty, Eric clerked for the Honorable Patricia Del Bueno Cleary, P.J. Ch. (ret.) in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Monmouth County, in which he was born and raised. This position gave Eric an inner inspect how New Jersey courts adjudicate injunctions and a wide style of other business and estate disputes.
