I am a corporate lawyer who works with businesses and individuals throughout a huge range of industries, assisting them navigate complicated transactional subjects. My exercise includes business and fund formation, corporate governance, project capital financings, non-public securities services, drafting and negotiating diverse business and business contracts, and presenting wellknown corporate recommend.
Before becoming a member of Structure Law Group, I practiced at a company corporation focused at the emerging agencies and challenge capital zone.
