I maintain a exercise that makes a speciality of own family regulation, property planning, bankruptcy, and standard litigation. Additionally, I function the Municipal Prosecuting Lawyer for the City of Cape Girardeau and practice criminal protection, usually managing DWI matters, in counties outdoor of Cape Girardeau. I am admitted to practice within the State of Missouri and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri.
I earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and a regulation degree from the University of Mississippi, wherein I graduated with cum laude honors and served as an editor at the Mississippi Law Review. Before getting into private exercise, I was an assistant prosecuting attorney for Cape Girardeau County.
I became born and raised in Portageville, Missouri, and now live in Cape Girardeau with my spouse and daughter. When I am not practising regulation, I am an avid waterfowler who also enjoys cheering at the Ole Miss Rebels.
