I am a founding companion at Ross, Midian & Breitmayer, LLC, where I have committed nearly many years to assisting people and households throughout Ohio recover after serious injuries and injuries. Since starting my exercise in 2006, I’ve centered on private injury and wrongful demise law, representing customers with compassion, honesty, and determination.
I agree with that no two clients and no two cases are alike. Every state of affairs deserves a personalized approach, and I make an effort to actually concentrate, apprehend each client’s story, and increase a legal approach that best serves their desires. Over the years, I’ve helped infinite customers rise up to insurance companies and big businesses to secure complete and honest compensation for his or her accidents, losses, and restoration.
My experience covers a wide range of instances, including auto, truck, and motorcycle injuries, place of job injuries, premises legal responsibility, and catastrophic injury claims. In addition to my personal exercise, I serve as Special Counsel for the Ohio Lawyer General’s Office, representing the state and its agencies in collections enforcement matters.
I turned into born and raised in Wooster, Ohio, and earned my Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Montana State University (Bozeman) before acquiring my Juris Doctor from Capital University Law School in Columbus. I’m an lively member of the Ohio Association for Justice, the Ohio State Bar Association, and the Central Ohio Association for Justice, where I formerly served as Co-Chair of the Criminal Law Committee.
Outside the office, I revel in spending time with my family, education my daughters’ softball teams, fly fishing, skiing, golfing, and gambling song. I find that those reports preserve me grounded and ring a bell in me why I do what I do — to assist humans rebuild their lives and circulate ahead with self belief and peace of mind.
