Mr. Ali started his career on the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit Public Defender’s Office in Tampa, Florida. There, he located his passion for defending humans in opposition to an often unfair crook justice system. As an Assistant Public Defender, Mr. Ali effectively represented adults and juveniles charged with offenses ranging from misdemeanors to critical felonies during pretrial proceedings and at trial. Mr. Ali later served as an Assistant Lawyer General with the Florida Office of Lawyer General. In that role, he represented the State of Florida in diverse criminal appellate proceedings and litigated a big selection of state-of-the-art and novel issues on enchantment.
