Amy has worked with Strom Law Office because 2006 and practices basically from the organization’s Spartanburg, SC office. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism from the University of South Carolina in Spartanburg in 1995 and a Juris Doctor diploma from University of South Carolina School of Law in 2001.
While at USC Law, Amy served as vice chairman of the Student Bar Association and wrote for the South Carolina Environmental Law Journal. As a member of the Moot Court Bar, she turned into captain of the ABA National Appellate Advocacy Competition Team, trained towards Assistant United States Lawyers on the Ernest F. Hollings National Advocacy Center, and won the J. Woodrow Lewis Moot Court Competition before the South Carolina Supreme Court. She became inducted into The Order of Barristers.
Amy’s exercise traditionally centered on complicated civil cases and sophistication movements, both in South Carolina and in multidistrict litigation for the duration of the united states of america, within the areas of antitrust, consumer protection, and merchandise legal responsibility. Currently, her primary cognizance is on civil rights cases. She also works on subjects concerning institutional intercourse abuse, medical negligence, premises legal responsibility, personal harm, and social security disability.
